My order is set to "Shipped" but I have not received anything yet?

Delivery usually starts within less than 8 hours, but in individual cases it may take up to 5 business days due to high workload.

The status "Shipped" means that we have started the delivery order. But not that everything has been delivered completely.

From then on, depending on the amount of ordered range and the workload of our networks, it may still take some time until the ordered amount appears completely on your account or mail. For large orders of, say, 10,000 Instagram followers, we usually don't deliver them in one fell swoop, but split the delivery into several steps.


Why must my profile be set to Public?

You must set your social media profile to public so that we can communicate your order to you. After the mediation is completely finished, you can set your profile back to private.


Do I have to send you my email address and password?

No, we do not need any log-in data from your profile. You only enter an email address when ordering, to which we will send you your invoice. The email address does not have to have anything to do with your social media profile.


I need a product that you do not offer.

We work around the clock to be able to offer our customers new products. Feel free to contact us via email if you are looking for a product that we do not currently offer on our site. We will then create such a service if there are several requests.

Is there a money back guarantee?

How long does it take to deliver?

This depends totally on the service. However, we always try to start delivery within a few hours after the payment. Also, especially for larger orders, we try to split them over a few days. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if we haven’t started its delivery yet. Just get in contact with us. After we activated the service, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.


Is there a refill guarantee?

Yes, you will get a 30 days guarantee! It is very important to us that the views, likes etc. we generate for your social media channel are stable. After delivering thousands of orders successfully we can tell that our services are stable, also in the long term. However, if you do notice the likes etc. we provided decrease in such a way that the number drops below the start amount, you don’t have to worry. Simply contact us and we will refill the losses up until 30 days after your initial order.


I am taking part in a competition. Can I buy likes for this to have better chances to win?

No. we will not help you to win any kind of competition etc. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you always deliver the exact amount I bought?

No, we always deliver up to 5-10% more of the actual amount of views, likes etc. you ordered. If you order 1000 YouTube views for example, it could be that 1157 Views will be delivered in total.


Is there a discount on large orders?
